Returns & Exchanges
Scale Junkies allows customers to return items with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are still brand new, unopened, and still in the product's original packaging. In order to start the return process, customers need to request an RMA by sending an email to info@scalejunkies.com. After your request has been reviewed and authorized, we will issue you a RMA by email. You are responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us at your own expense. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping option or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Please keep in mind pre-orders and gift cards are items that are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please do not send your merchandise back to the manufacturer.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization and proof of purchase in order to be accepted. Please note that returned items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the product and shipping fees. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. If your returned items are not in original condition, we may send you a partial refund. Once your return is received by us, we will inspect the item and let you know we have received it. You will also be notified about the refund approval or rejection. We will only refund the payment method you used originally for your purchase.
Please give up to 7 business days for a refund due to processing times. Please make sure to check your bank account, then credit card company to check if your refund has been posted. If you have done all of this and still not received your refund, please contact us.
Scale Junkies is not responsible for quality control of minor imperfections on models from the manufacturer. Please note that manufacturers may have some slight variances or imperfections on their models, and Scale Junkies does not have the ability to control this. If you feel the model you have received is defective, please send us an email.
In the rare instance your item arrives damaged/defective upon receipt, please notify us immediately. Damaged/defective items can only be exchanged for only an identical replacement model, or a refund. We must be notified within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
When shipping the product back to us, do not write on or adhere labels to the original packaging. The original package should be placed inside a shipping box with a copy of your RMA authorization.
We do NOT accept returns for pre-order items unless they arrive defective from the manufacturer.
